First of all, this is an incredible piece of work - beautifully created / annotated. Images / videos are really easy to follow, crisp. Plenty of detail even for more advanced sonographers, but structured so accessible for beginners as well. I really like the break down into progressive sub sections eg anatomy, US, demo etc. I would have used this earlier in my US scanning career - I suspect some experienced sonographers might even use this to come back and refresh. Congratulations!

His book, “Ultrasound of the Musculoskeletal System,” is an established reference in musculoskeletal ultrasound education.
The MSK Freak platform, with its online shoulder and elbow courses, is—in my opinion—the perfect example of what a training resource should be. The courses offer anatomical depth and detail, extraordinary 3D schematics, and excellence in ultrasound technique, all while maintaining simplicity, clarity, and immediate practical utility.

Although our professional development often ran parallel, Iñigo Iriarte's vision and his way of presenting concepts have had a huge influence on me.
His clear and structured approach has greatly facilitated my understanding of MSK anatomy and pathology.
That impact on my way of reasoning and analyzing has been key to my evolution as a clinician, facilitating my growth.
Highly recommended.
